Glue Store is a leading fashion retailer of international, national and local brands across 23 stores Australia wide and online sales.
Through undertaking a strategic briefing exercise RAD uncovered key insights to drive the unique design solution for the Flagship Stores.
With a collection of over 86 brands the Flagship store was required to represent the Glue brand whilst generating traffic and giving customers a purpose to seek a retail experience, versus online shopping.
To answer the question of how to differentiate with an influx of so many brands, RAD created a “house of brands”.
The house of brands philosophy enabled vignettes of each brand and facilitated a clear navigational path throughout the space.
The design solution promotes the strengths of Glue Store through a refined visual combination of architecture and visual merchandising.
The visual merchandising strategy was executed through a detail of engagements, such as the house of denim, which created an interactive, exploratory experience inviting curiosity and customer participation within the furnishing and merchandising arrangement.
