Art Deco garage refurbishment, restaurant & offices in Woollomooloo Sydney.
RAD facilitated an approval for the change of use for this 650sqm heritage garage with a proposal for a new york style bistro & offices across two floors.
The brief demanded RAD to provide a design solution which accommodated the mix of uses, access & services requirements for a 190 seat restaurant whilst responding to the heritage, acoustic & structural constraints of the site.
Completion September 2013.
